The episode of Gham Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Ke starts with Isha leaving Shantanu and going back to Ramtek. Shantanu says to Isha that this house will feel lonely without you. Shantanu says if I miss you, can I come to Ramtek to meet you? Where I can, Isha asks why I never remembered her in 22 years and tells Shantanu, take care of yourself, I am leaving. After this Shantanu and Isha hug each other, Savi says to Isha, when you are here. When I was there, I felt like the entire Ramtek was standing with me. Now when you are leaving, I feel like you are taking Ramtek along with you. Isha says, I am always with you, promise me. That you will study well and bring glory to your teacher. After this, Savi touches Isha Ma’am’s feet and promises that she will study well.
Ishan is for Isha because she is going to Ramtek
